Last Minute Checks for Tay Barton Live Concert
It's 11:45 and I've just finished my last minute checks of all my live streaming video equipment for tomorrow's live concert.  Radio Disney star Tay Barton is preforming at Two Old Hippies here in Nashville at 1:00 pm.

I may not get much sleep tonight....

A Day of Streaming Live Video
After sitting idle for three weeks waiting for a new transmission for my production van, I was finally able to hit the roads around Nashville and test out the coverage area.  Or that was the plan.
First stop of the day was the famous Natchez Trace bridge in Williamson County.  No 4G signal there!  So i packed up and headed to the Williamson County government building.  I wanted to test out the shot in case anyone wanted a live shot there for the upcoming August (local) and November national elections.

Software glitches and 97 degree weather do not mix.  After about a half hour of trying to get the live stream up and running, my energy ran out and I packed things up.

Undaunted, I regrouped after lunch and headed out to the Williamson County Ag. center.  This is my "go to" place where no one will bother me as I try to fix the problems of the morning.  Fortunately, the live stream gremlins had gone away and i was able to stream at 500Kbps with full audio.

Here's the Ustream recorded link...http://www.ustream.tv/channel/nashville-web-video-production-services

I also uploaded the video to YouTube, but the quality is alot lower.   Here's the link

Hope to head out again tomorrow.

Take care,

Phil
